When I first heard Everything Everything's Mercury music prize nominated, debut album 'Man Alive', my main thought was how the hell are they going to top this?

They have a really unique sound, with lead singer Jonathon Higgs setting them apart from other bands of the genre.

If you haven't heard any of their earlier music, check out their catchy singles 'MY KZ, UR BF' and 'Photoshop Handsome' and look out for their second album 'Arc', out 14th January 2013.

As for the song itself, 'Cough Cough' is about the London riots, and all I can say on the matter is that it's a bit worrying when you start spotting your local area in the video.
