i had to phone someone so i picked on you-hoo-hoo

woah, so a lot of stuff has happened over the last couple of days, but I might as well start with the best, and obviously most talked about story which is the 'thin white duke' himself, DAVID BOWIE???

Sure, I'd dressed up in lots 'o glitter in celebration of his birthday (or BOWIEDAY as I like to call it) and started having a slightly crazy breakdown when I couldn't find my copy of Labryinth while listening to Bowie vinyls on loop, but I didn't expect anything from the man himself!

I was on the bus home when I suddenly recieved a text from my dad:

"did you hear david bowie has a new album out march? xx"

I WAS ON THE BUS. IN ONE OF THE LESS DELIGHTFUL PARTS OF LONDON.
 HOW THE HELL ARE YOU MEANT TO RECEIVE NEWS LIKE THAT WITHOUT SCREAMING??

so i did the only logical thing, and texted my friend tilly and we both screamed a bit.

screaming over, i managed to complete my david bowie piece i was doing in art

all in all a pretty good day! have some 'heroes'
